Niklas Huss

Niklas Huss works as an innovation and transformation strategist with a focus on creating learning and innovative organizations where the individual and collective abilities are strengthened. This by designing and establishing collaboration arenas that build trust, confidence, commitment, courage and creativity to be able to rethink and design new business models and value proposition. Niklas has several years of experience in leading innovation and business development in several different industries with a focus on develop society. Among other things, he has a background as head of innovation at Sweden’s largest insurence company and from the Swedish Tax Agency, where he has driven various digitization and innovation changes to create innovative and value-creating businesses. Niklas is also a frequently hired and much appreciated inspirational lecturer.
