Marie-Sophie Guntram ist seit Januar 2023 als Managerin bei PD – Berater der öffentlichen Hand tätig. Sie berät insbesondere Bund und Länder zu strategischen Fragen in den Ressortbereichen Migration, Integration und Bildung. 2024 wirkte sie maßgeblich an der Machbarkeitsstudie zur Zentralisierung der Erwerbsmigration im Auftrag des Deutschen Bundestages mit.
