Johanna Sieben

Johanna has been part of the Creative Bureaucracy Team since 2021. As the festival director, she is responsible for providing an extraordinary festival experience for all guests and partners, identifying the best projects within the world of Creative Bureaucracy, and making them shine. Johanna is passionate about generating large impact via small-scale projects and about the question of how (creative) change can be implemented to create better lives for many. Changing the ways we work together is one of the fields she has dedicated a lot of her time in the past: from agile project management to scrum and organizational transformation - creating opportunities and spaces for lasting change and community growth will always be at the center of Johanna's work.

Johanna ist seit 2021 Teil des Creative Bureaucracy Teams. Als Festivaldirektorin ist sie dafür verantwortlich, allen Gästen und Partnern ein außergewöhnliches Festivalerlebnis zu bieten, die besten Projekte in der Welt der Creative Bureaucracy zu identifizieren und sie zum Leuchten zu bringen. Johanna hat eine Leidenschaft für kleine Projekte, die eine große Wirkung erzielen. Sie beschäftigt sich außerdem mit der Frage, wie (kreative) Veränderungen umgesetzt werden können, um das Leben vieler Menschen zu verbessern. Der Art und Weise wie wir zusammenarbeiten zu verändern, hat sie in der Vergangenheit viel Zeit gewidmet: vom agilem Projektmanagement bis hin zu Scrum und organisatorischer Transformation - das Schaffen von Möglichkeiten und Räumen für nachhaltige Veränderungen und gemeinschaftliches Wachstum wird immer im Mittelpunkt von Johannas Arbeit stehen.
