Ina Filla

Als Psychologin und Neurobiologin überträgt die neuesten Erkenntnisse aus Neurowissenschaften, Psychologie und Verhaltensökonomie auf die Herausforderungen unseres Arbeitsalltags. Durch die Kombination von Theorie und Pragmatik entstehen neue Wege der Führung und Zusammenarbeit, die den gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Wandel befähigen. Ina zielt darauf ab, die Arbeit zu humanisieren, damit Führungskräfte und Teams ihr Potenzial entwickeln können, während sie gleichzeitig kulturelle Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozesse an ihren Arbeitsplätzen erleichtern. Bevor sie ihr Wissen aktiv auf Organisationen anwendet, konzentrierte sich Ina in ihrer neurowissenschaftlichen Forschung, z.B. an der Freien Universität Berlin und der Columbia University, auf Fragen der neuronalen Plastizität, Entscheidungsfindung, Motivation und Kreativität.   As a psychologist und neurobiologist, Ina transfers latest insights from neuroscience, psychology and behavioral economics to the challenges of our daily working life. Combining the theoretical and pragmatic, new ways of leadership and collaboration emerge that empower societal and technological change. Ina aims to humanize work so that executives and teams can develop their potential while facilitating cultural change and transformation processes within their work places. Before actively applying her knowledge onto organizations, Ina’s neuroscientific research, i.e. at Freie Universität Berlin, and Columbia University, focused on questions relating to neural plasticity, decision making, motivation and creativity.
