Claire Luzia Leifert

Claire Luzia Leifert ist Mitinitiatorin und Leiterin des Impact & Innovation Labs der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik, einem Lern- und Experimentierraum für neue Ansätze in der Politikberatung und Vermittlung internationaler Politik in die Gesellschaft. Sie leitet zudem das Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg für Good Governance, ein einjähriges Weiterbildungsprogramm für Changemaker aus Osteuropa, die sich für die demokratische Transformation ihrer Organisationen und Gesellschaften einsetzen. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit für die DGAP war sie zwei Jahre bei der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in den Bereichen Sozial- & Gesundheitspolitik sowie Bildungs- & Wissenschaftspolitik tätig. Seit 2006 ist sie als freiberufliche Projektleiterin, Trainerin und Prozessbegleiterin tätig, aktuell mit den Schwerpunkten Organisationsentwicklung von Non-profit-Organisationen, Design Thinking und öffentliche Innovation. Claire Luzia Leifert studierte European Studies und Internationale Beziehungen in Maastricht, Montreal, Berlin und Vancouver. Sie ist Alumna der HPI School of Design Thinking, zertifizierte Trainerin für Erwachsenenbildung (Artop) und Senior Fellow von Humanity in Action. __ Claire Luzia Leifert co-founded and heads the Impact & Innovation Lab at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), a learning and experimentation space for new approaches to policy advice and knowledge transfer on international politics. She moreover heads the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler Kolleg for Good Governance, a one-year fellowship program for changemakers from Eastern Europe who are advancing the democratic transformation of their organisations and societies. Before joining DGAP, she worked for two years at the Heinrich Böll Foundation in the fields of social and health policy as well as education and science policy. Since 2006, she has also been working as a freelance project manager, trainer and facilitator, currently focusing on organisational development of non-profit organisations, design thinking and public sector innovation. Claire Luzia Leifert studied European Studies and International Relations in Maastricht, Montreal, Berlin and Vancouver. She is an alumna at the HPI School of Design Thinking and a certified adult education trainer (Artop) as well as a Senior Fellow of Humanity in Action.
