Alexandra Robinson

Alexandra ist fasziniert davon, wie sich Leben entfaltet und (weiter)entwickelt. Als studierte Biologin und Ökologin hat sie einen Blick für systemische Dynamiken. In den letzten Jahren hat sich Alexandra viel mit angewandter Komplexitäts-Theorie , Leadership-Entwicklung und Trauma-Integration beschäftigt. Dabei ist Beziehungs- und Kommunikationsgestaltung der rote Faden. Sie forscht an folgenden Fragen: Wie können wir als handelnde Menschen die Beziehung zu unserer Umwelt weiterentwickeln? Wie können wir Menschen in festgefahrenen Handlungsmustern und Strukturen darin unterstützen, Neues auszuprobieren? Aktuell liegt ihr Fokus auf der Begleitung und dem Design von partizipativen Transformations-Prozessen, am liebsten sektorübergreifend. Bei P4T kollaboriert sie an einem Projekt zur Reduktion des gesellschaftlichen Rohstoffverbrauchs.

Alexandra is fascinated by how life unfolds and develops. As a biologist and ecologist by training, she has an eye for systemic dynamics. In recent years, Alexandra has worked a lot with applied complexity theory, leadership development and trauma integration. Relationship and communication design is the common thread here. Her research focusses on the following questions: How can we, as people in action, develop our relationship with our environment? How can we support people in deadlocked behaviour patterns and structures to try out new things? Her current focus is on supporting and designing participative transformation processes, preferably across sectors. At P4T, she is collaborating on a project to reduce society's consumption of raw materials.
