Workshop: Doing More (and Better) with Less: Creativity and Leadership in Public Service
In the public sector, the role of divergent thinking is pivotal, particularly when navigating the challenges that come with addressing societal needs using innovative solutions.
Drawing from personal experience in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing Georgia’s ease of doing business, attracting FDI, and fighting against corruption, Keti Bochorishvili – Georgia’s former vice minister of Economy and Sustainable Development – has witnessed how divergent thinking fosters a spectrum of unique approaches, breaking away from traditional methodologies to derive practical solutions.
In this interactive workshop, Keti will share some of these alternative methodologies and offer participants a chance to brainstorm actionable strategies for fostering innovation in their own roles.
