Bridging trust and extreme systemic gaps – the Israel Bedouin communities during COVID
A cross-sector emergency team established to address the unique challenges of Covid in Israel’s Arab-Bedouin communities developed unique tools for bridging differences of approach, cultural adaptation and mission alignment. Ranging from vaccination operations to donation- to-impact effectiveness. The result was unprecedented levels of communication and coordination leading to a set of approaches relevant for minority focused projects also in a post-Covid environment.
