Generating Democratic Legitimacy

This workshop explores the value of creative bureaucracy as a more effective alternative to rigid or absent bureaucratic systems. Rather than viewing bureaucracy as a barrier, participants will work together to develop tools that strengthen democratic legitimacy by building trust in both the process and the bureaucrats. 

By focusing on transparency, citizen engagement, and fairness, the session will offer practical ways to create more inclusive, accountable systems that foster trust and responsiveness in governance.
