Millie is the Deputy Director of UNDP’s Digital, AI and Innovation Hub, where she also leads the team on systems transformation, innovation, and transformational capabilities. With over 20 years of experience in complexity and innovation, her career spans academia, where she taught and conducted research, as well as the public sector and international development.
Her PhD research focused on complexity and conflict. Outside of work, Millie is a parent to two kind girls, enjoys historical fiction, loves hiking, and willingly suffers through triathlons.
