Jamiatu Sesay is a member of the Federation of the Urban and Rural Poor Sierra Leone (FEDURP-SL) supported by the Centre of Dialogue on Human Settlement and Poverty Alleviation (CODOHSAPA). Jamiatu is part of the Federation data team and for the past 4 years has been actively involved in collecting data in informal settlement and is a skilled community mapper. She is a resident of Dworzack, a hillside slum community in Freetown and has a desire and passion to see her community transformed and thus joined the data team as she believes good quality community data is critical in community planning and development. Jamiatu has a degree in Community Development Study from the College of Theology, Management and Church Training Centre in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
