Inga Stein-Barthelmes

Inga Stein-Barthelmes has been Director and Head of the Federal Construction Market Division at PD since June 2023. After studying economics at the University of Potsdam, Inga Stein-Barthelmes worked at the Federation of German Industries (“Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e. V., BDI”) from 2008 as a consultant for the SME and Family Businesses department. In 2011, she moved to the Bundesarchitektenkammer e. V. as head of the department for national and international economic policy and the division of finance administration. From 2012, Inga became Managing Director at D.A.V.I.D. GmbH, a fully owned subsidiary of the Federal Chamber of Architects (Bundesarchitektenkammer e. V.) and in September 2018, she moved to the Main Association of the German Construction Industry (Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie e. V.) where she set up a new Politics, Communications and Press division. From 2021 until joining PD, she was CEO of planen-bauen 4.0 GmbH.
