Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Center for Informatics at UFPE, Specialist in Municipal Public Management from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), and graduated in Computer Science from UNICAP.
Currently, serving as the Director of Open Innovation and Governance at EMPREL. He leads EMPREL’s Open Innovation initiative, E.I.T.A! Recife. Coordinates Open Data, Data Hub, Hackathon, and Living Labs initiatives in Recife. Led the Open Data process for the City of Recife, curated the 9 editions of the Hacker Cidadão contests held at Campus Party and Rec’n Play. Additionally, involved in coordinating and mentoring open initiatives and innovation in public service projects such as Gov in Play, GovJam, Inspira Gov, and Hackacity.
