The Opening

The Creative Bureaucracy Festival 2025 opens with words of welcome from Festival President Charles Landry and Festival Director Johanna Sieben, joined by changemakers from the festival community who bring diverse perspectives from across the public innovation landscape. Together, they will set the stage for a day dedicated to rethinking how government can work in more imaginative, humane, and effective ways.
