Nathan Hayduk is passionate about building bridges—between people, cultures, and ideas—to create spaces for meaningful exchange and collaboration. Originally from a small farm town in Pennsylvania, USA, an unexpected decision to study German led him on a journey of cultural exploration and international engagement. With a background in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy, Nathan has worked across diplomacy, innovation ecosystems, and global event management—bringing together changemakers to reimagine systems and spark creative solutions.

Since joining the Creative Bureaucracy Festival in 2022, Nathan has been dedicated to curating spaces that foster collaboration, challenge bureaucratic boundaries, and celebrate fresh ideas. Now as the International Programme and Partnerships Manager, he continues to shape engaging programs that connect and inspire creative minds. At the core of his work is a commitment to creating connections that spark new perspectives.
