Ruby Haji Naif is a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge, where her research focuses on migration and inclusion, with particular attention to how individuals navigate visibility across digital, political, social, and cultural systems. She is a Public Policy New Voices Europe Fellow at the Salzburg Global Seminar. Ruby has experience working with international organizations on issues related to climate and gender justice, digital inclusion, and innovation in the humanitarian sector. Her work bridges research and practice, combining qualitative research with policy engagement and program design.
