Monika Weber-Fahr

Monika Weber-Fahr is Adjunct Professor at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and advises internationally operating organizations on topics related to management, leadership and sustainability. Until 2020, Monika served as CEO of the Global Water Partnership (GWP), following an assignment as COO at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforAll). For over 20 years, Monika has worked with the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), including as Director for Knowledge, Learning and Results for Sustainable Development, and with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Monika serves as the Chair of the Board of the International Social and Environmental Accreditation and Labelling (ISEAL) Alliance and as a member of the Austrian Development Bank's Board, of the Online Educa Berlin (OEB) Global Council and the Deltares International Advisory Board. Monika holds a PhD (business economics), a MSc (economics), and Diplomas in International Relations and Corporate Governance.
