Felipe is passionate about exploring how policy interventions and technology can drive social justice. His work sits at the intersection of law, public policy, and technology, with a special focus on social, economic, and environmental rights. He’s particularly interested in how law and policy shape the quality of healthcare systems—and in reimagining health from a holistic, human-centered perspective.
Originally from Costa Rica, Felipe holds a BA in Law from the University of Costa Rica with an emphasis on Human Rights, and an LLM in Legal Studies from the University of Bologna, where he specialized in Human Rights, Environmental, and Social Justice. He has a strong foundation in legal research, compliance, and policy development, built through roles in international organizations and academic settings, including the UNDP, UNESCO, and Dublin City University. His projects have tackled issues like freedom of expression, refugee support, and sustainable urban development.
