Louise Agersnap (MA, BA Political Science; B.H.A.) is a global innovation leader working at the intersection of leadership, creativity, and human health. With more than 20 years of experience across the United Nations, government, academia, and the private sector, she currently heads the Innovation Hub at the World Health Organization, leading international efforts to scale innovation in public health systems and advance equitable access to health technology across 190+ countries. She led the development of WHO’s Guidance and Toolkit on Scaling Innovation in Public Health Systems, shaping global approaches to translating innovation into impact. Beyond her WHO role, Louise is Advisory Board Member for the Academy for New Leadership, Denmark, and the Kalam Institute of Health Technology, India. She is furthermore a practicing artist whose works have been shown and sold internationally. In 2025, she was awarded the Unsung Hero Award at the Creative Bureaucracy Festival in Berlin.
