Kevin Emeraldi

As the Chief Operating Officer of INA Digital Edu, Kevin is driving one of Indonesia’s strategic ambitions in revolutionizing education sectors through technology. In INA Digital Edu, Kevin’s role heavily revolves around designing business process improvement and collaborating with cross-ministerial stakeholders – including state auditors – all to facilitate the Ministry of Education’s various technology interventions agenda.

Before INA Digital Edu, Kevin spent his professional career in management consulting with Oliver Wyman Asia-Pacific, focusing specifically on digital transformation and corporate strategy. Kevin has led multiple projects in the private and public sectors, including non-profit institutions, state-owned organizations, and local regulators.

Kevin is now leading 150+ individuals under the INA Digital Edu Operations team in order to serve holistic operational support for each technology product, such as communications and customer operations team to support meaningful adoption, partnership team to foster collaborations with relevant stakeholders in private and public sectors, as well as legal team to make sure the development is aligned with the government’s regulations. With Kevin’s passion for innovation and navigating complex challenges, Kevin is genuinely eager to continue driving positive changes at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact in INA Digital Edu Indonesia.
