Jennifer is a strategy consultant of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, with a passion for creative methods, strong teams, and public sector transformation. With a background in political and economic science, she focuses on designing structures that create real impact. She led Hamburg’s digital strategy process and currently works on initiatives to rethink public administration, including cross-ministerial collaboration and impact measurement for digital projects. Before joining public administration, Jennifer worked in international development cooperation at GIZ and in management consulting, advising public institutions at state, federal, and EU level. She later joined the Ministry of Economic Affairs in North Rhine-Westphalia, contributing to digital startup initiatives and the state’s first digital strategy. Jennifer believes meaningful change matters most in the public sector. She is passionate about connecting people, building strong teams, and creating new perspectives for collaboration and innovation.
