Jeff Kwasi Klein

Jeff Kwasi Klein ist ein politischer Innovator, Vordenker und Stratege, der an der Schnittstelle von sozialer Gerechtigkeit und systemischer Transformation arbeitet.  Er ist Mitgründer und Co-Director von imagineers lab - ein interdisziplinärer Raum für ganzheitliche Transformation und die gemeinsame Gestaltung wünschenswerter Zukünfte.
Als Co-Director der Multitudes Foundation unterstützte er Menschen und Initiativen in ganz Europa dabei, eine inklusive, repräsentative und menschliche Politik zu gestalten. Vor dieser Rolle leitete Jeff den community-basierten May Ayim Fonds sowie Deutschlands erste Antidiskriminierungsberatungsstelle für Schwarze, afrikanische und afro-diasporische Menschen bei Each One Teach One (EOTO). 
Aktuell ist Jeff Mitglied des Berliner Gleichstellungsbegleitgremiums zur Bekämpfung von anti-Schwarzem Rassismus sowie Teil des Expert:innengremiums des Demokratie-Fonds 'Vereint für Demokratie'. In diesen Rollen setzte er sich für die Interessen und das Empowerment von Schwarzen, Indigenen und Communities of Colour sowie für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Demokratie ein. Jeff befasst sich in seiner Arbeit insbesondere mit der Überwindung von strukturellen und institutionalisierten Formen von Rassismus und fokussiert darüber hinaus Themen wie Community-Building, Responsible Leadership und Generative Imagination.

Jeff Kwasi Klein is an advocate, strategist, and thinker at the intersection of social justice, generative imagination, and political innovation. He is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of imagineers lab, an interdisciplinary space for holistic transformation and the co-creation of desirable futures. As Co-Director of the Multitudes Foundation, he supported political changemakers and initiatives across Europe in reimagining more inclusive, representative, and human-centered politics.
Previously, Jeff led the May Ayim Fund, a community-based funding project, and led Germany’s first anti-discrimination counseling center for Black, African, and African Diasporic people at Each One Teach One (EOTO). He is currently a member of the Berlin Senate’s Equality Advisory Board, focusing on combating anti-Black racism, and has served on numerous committees and political initiatives over the years.
Through these roles, Jeff advocates for the rights of Black, Indigenous, and Communities of Colour, working to dismantle structural inequities while fostering more just presents and futures.
