Ela Kagel ist Digitalstrategin, Kulturproduzentin, gründet kooperative Projekte und entwickelt neue Organisationsformen. Oft arbeitet sie auch als Moderatorin, als Vortragende bei Konferenzen und publiziert auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen.
Sie interessiert sich für alle Fragen rund um Governance, dezentrale Steuerung und den Aufbau von Organisationen, die aus gängigen wirtschaftlichen Kontexten herauswachsen: Platform Coops, Verantwortungseigentum, digitale Unternehmen wie DAOs und andere Formen kollektiven und visionären Arbeitens. Organisation ist für sie eine Kunstform und Kunst eine Frage der Organisation.

Ela Kagel is a digital strategist, cultural producer, founds collaborative projects and develops new forms of organisation. She often works as a moderator, speaks at conferences and publishes on various platforms.
She is interested in all questions relating to governance, decentralised control and the development of organisations that grow out of conventional economic contexts: platform coops, responsible ownership, digital companies such as DAOs and other forms of collective and visionary work. For her, organisation is an art form and art is a question of organisation.
