Mohamed Omar Kardous

Mohamed Omar Kardous is a Tunisian political science researcher and an activist. His involvement in Tunisian civil society has given him a number of experiences in political understanding and in pleading for more just policies. Omar uses both academic research and activism to support his beliefs and values. He is devoted to the advocacy for freedoms, democracy, as well as concerns of social and ecological justice. His primary study interests in research are democratic transitions and political ecology.
