Louis Meuleman

Prof. Dr Louis Meuleman is member and currently vice chair of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA), visiting professor at Leuven University (Belgium), senior fellow at the University of Massachusetts Boston (USA) and research associate at Wageningen University (Netherlands). He has a PhD in public administration and an MSc in environmental biology. He works at the European Commission in Brussels as coordinator of the Environmental Implementation Review and ‘greening’ the European Semester. Earlier he was among others director of the Dutch science-policy advisory Council RMNO. His latest book is ‘Metagovernance for Sustainability’.
