Meet our speakers and their topics. Browse through 40 sessions in German and English from 12 countries, which the festival jury selected from over 200 submissions from the global Call for Participation.

Learn how a container in Austria has been designed to enable citizen participation, or how a police station in Turkey has been turned into a space for community encounters. Learn more about co-creative bicycle networks and find out what a treasure map has to do with tax declarations.

The day will start at 9:00 (CET) with our German speaking sessions representing projects and ideas form the DACH region, followed by our English language international programme with speakers and topics from the rest of the world starting at 13:00 (CET). The sessions have been grouped into 4 thematic clusters which will appear as below.

At the end of each half of the programme the winners of our Community Voting will be announced – 3 winners for the German speaking programme and 3 winners for the English speaking programme. As part of our community this is your chance to create the programme for the live festival on 15 June 2023 with us, as the winners will be invited to present their ideas and projects on the Creative Bureaucracy Festival mainstage. The Community Voting will open on 16 March 2023 on our website.
