Tiaji Sio

Tiaji Sio is the Co-Mission Lead of Re:Form at the nonprofit organization ProjectTogether. Re:Form brings together administrative pioneers who are changing the public administration at the Federal, State and Local level with their ideas and initiatives. Tiaji previously held different positions in the German Foreign Service in Berlin, Dakar, Maputo, and Hanoi. She founded the network “Diplomats of Color” as well as the inter-agency diversity organization “DIVERSITRY” to encourage members of marginalized communities to apply for positions in the Federal Administration. As a pioneer in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in public policy, she served as an Ambassador for the Beyond Gender Agenda campaign and was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and Capital Magazine’s 40 Under 40. She holds an MPA from Harvard University and an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
