Martin is a co-director and co-founder at Impact Hub Leipzig, an innovation lab and safe space for professional experimentation. He studied a blend of cultural sciences, engineering and design thinking. After working in several countries in NGOs and corporates, he started co-founding organizations, usually at the intersection of societal challenges, environmental hazards and administrative space for improvement. When sparring with upcoming entrepreneurs and as a consultant, he usually focuses on concept development, process improvements, sustainable growth and internationalization.
