How can changes be made possible when the central success factor of administration has been consistency for decades? As an innovation agent and former consultant in the Inhouse Consulting department of the Federal Employment Agency, Henrike tries to turn this leitmotif upside down and reinterpret it. Her most important findings along the way so far have been incorporated into the handbook “Öffentliches Gestalten”. As a creative bureaucrat, she builds bridges between administration and innovative and creative approaches to work. With a lot of empathy, she can think and feel her way into both worlds and uses this to make administration more agile, resilient and equitable.
