Catriona McLaughlin is a German-American author and founder as well as Managing Partner of the strategy consultancy N°RTH PARK. She speaks regularly on the topics of digital change, business innovation, female leadership, and the future of communication and new work. She teaches management at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences and hosts the Female Leadership Seminar at ZEIT Akademie. She is an Associate Member of the Club of Rome’s Think Tank 30, a Young Leader of the Atlantikbrücke, and a Socrates Alumna of the Aspen Institute. Before starting her own business, she was head of content strategy DACH at the consultancy Accenture and worked in Zurich, London and New York, among other places. She has reported on American business, culture and politics for DIE ZEIT, among others. Catriona lives and works in Berlin.
