Use the resources here to prepare for your talk, plan your travels and spread the word about your involvement.
1. Speaker and Session Information:
Please fill in these forms so we can add your speaker and session information to our website and printed programme and create promotional materials for your session. In case helpful you can find a downloadable PDF of our festival formats and stages below.
- If you are a session host, please fill in our session form by 23 April 2024.
- If you are a speaker, please fill in our speaker form by 30 April 2024.
2. Free Festival Tickets for Speakers:
If you have not done so yet, please ensure you register (for free) for a festival ticket here. If you are a partner and you would like to invite your network with a discounted ticket code, please reach out to your main contact in the festival team or to programme@creativebureaucracy.org.
3. Key Timings & Locations
Session hosts will be in touch with all speakers to confirm the specific time of each session ahead of the full programme being announced in early May. Find key timings/location details for the festival day on 13 June here. All speakers are also invited to a networking buffet the evening before the festival on 12 June. Further information will follow – save the date!
4. Materials to Promote your Session
We’ll shortly have a festival media kit ready for you to spread the word on your involvement. Once we’ve received all session and speaker information, we’ll also create individual promotional visuals for each session. We’ll add these materials here once ready.
