Rojda is rethinking law and shaping the future of the justice system. The vision of an inclusive society and an administration giving citizens access to their rights determines her career as a lawyer. Rojda is currently a Mercator-Fellow and devotes her fellowship to the question of how state institutions can give people more access to their rights with a particular interest in legal design, the use of data, and artificial intelligence.
Rojda founded the think tank “PublicLegalDesign” to create legal services and products, people can and want to use. In her previous projects, she advised on innovations in the legislative process under the auspices of the Federal Chancellery and co-created the “Centre for Good Regulations”. Rojda also co-founded “Young Voice TGD”, an NGO with over 2,000 participants supporting young migrants by facilitating social justice since she is an advocate of diversity and inclusion.
