Embedding Resilience as a Creative Act

How do we make resilience an integral part of a city's DNA?

We welcome Lina Liakou, EME lead at the Global Resilient Cities Network, and Grainia Long, Belfast’s Commissioner for Resilience, to discuss how resilience in cities can be built and how it can be embedded across urban structures and institutions.
