Patient-Focused Procurement: How Do You Do It in Health?
Large scale implementation of innovation in health care in the Capital Region, Denmark. Not just finding our own solution at one hospital and trying to scale it from there, but with regional power, gather around the problems that need to be fixed and find partners internally and mostly externally to co-create the scaled solution. We are right now tendering a problem around new single room wards at many new hospitals in Denmark with the title: create coherence in single room wards – nothing about the solution space, only requirement is that both the nurse overview and job satisfaction is increased.
