During this session, the participants will get to know how we are helping governments to digitize and manage licensing procedures while reducing the digital divide, political corruption, and promoting the socio-economic development of the regions. All of this, through the open-source platform Visor Urbano, a cooperation project between Bloomberg Philanthropies and the State of Jalisco (Mexico).
It surely hasn’t been an easy ride, and we’ll be happy to share how we have been able to speed up long, complex, and extensive bureaucratic procedures, while combating high level of corruption and favoritism.
