Viktória Kovacs, Tanya Verrier

2021 Collaboration & Communication English Organisational Culture & Governance

New trends and developments around us influence and change the way we do policymaking in Europe. Due to the complexity of the issues, solving the challenges of the 21st century will require joined-up, innovative and future-oriented policymaking. We discuss the new skills and knowledge we consider most relevant based on extensive consultations. We share our experience with initiatives that worked in our case and contributed to an increased uptake in policymaking relevant learning, as well as to a change in the organisational culture to stimulate learning, innovation and collaboration.
