In a few days the German Federal Elections take place – and three parties have the prospect of coming out on top. Today at 14:00, directly after the Highlight Hour, the SPD’s federal chairman Norbert Walter-Borjans will answer questions from our festival audience – he is answering in place of SPD chancellor candidate Olaf Scholz, who was prevented from attending at short notice.
Is a major state and administrative reform coming and what does it look like? What are the SPD’s plans for planning law, the civil service and incomes for lower income groups? Why has so little happened in terms of the digitalisation of the administration – and how should that change? The discussion will be moderated by TV journalist Astrid Frohloff and the founder of Table-Media and long-time Tagesspiegel editor Sebastian Turner.
