Kommunikation, Konflikte und (Selbst-)führung in digitalen Zeiten

Antje Groth

Antje Groth

Geschäftsführerin Mitgesellschafterin/ magro-institut

The magro-institut motivates and encourages in a humorous and profound way to face challenging situations.

Antje Groth combines her knowledge from practice as a mediator with that from her work as a lawyer to show how difficult situations can be mastered authentically and clearly. Companies benefit from her extensive professional knowledge and wealth of experience. The sensitive, early recognition of misunderstandings and obstacles is a remarkable strength of Antje Groth. For her, personal presence is the decisive resource for mastering conflicts.

Petra Marzin can look back on a long career in banking, IT and project management. Her appreciative attitude and prudent manner contribute to a new experience of etiquette and manners. Through her interdisciplinary experience, she always finds the appropriate approach for everyday work, in order to meet even small and large provocations with foresight. The conscious handling of oneself and others is in the foreground with her.
