In her position as Global Strategic Partnerships Lead at BABLE GmbH, Anja Kranz is responsible for partnering and networking with key stakeholders from research, the private sector, and the public sector both locally and internationally. Her work includes the development of new market potentials as well as the conception and implementation of workshops, trainings and presentations for various partners and clients. She is a trained systemic business coach for both individuals and groups, has over 15 years of experience in communication and marketing, and has a keen interest in green architecture, smart cities, and creative and agile working methods.
Evolutionary networking: Get to know fellow creative bureaucrats in a fun and meaningful way!
We will work together in an evolutionary way, in four different stages. STAGE ONE – The Big Bang … no… – the Big Bingo!… We will match the participants randomly in a human bingo. The goal is to meet and discuss with as many people as possible. STAGE TWO – The first stars appear… We sort people by topic in one-to-one discussions (“memory”) STAGE THREE – Early galaxies appear… We offer tables with different topics/challenges. All of them will be moderated. The topics will be discussed from different perspectives. The goal is to create one solution per table. The motto: From theory to practice. STAGE FOUR – Back to earth and the modern galaxies… We address challenges in the bigger group by using the fishbowl methodology to share thoughts with the whole group. Philipp hat mehr als 10 Jahre Beratungserfahrung in durch erneuerbare Energien hervor-gerufenen Transformationsprozessen und ihre Wechselwirkungen mit dem Energiesektor, der Digitalisierung und urbanen Lösungen. Seine Kompetenzen konzentrieren sich auf Produktinnovationen für ein nachhaltiges Energiesystem und eine emissionsarme Wirtschaft. Er ist auch erfahren in der Moderation von internationalen Innovationsprozessen und Kooperationen. So arbeitet er seit 2018 als Projektleiter im Interreg-Projekt EnerPRO, einem grenzüberschreitenden Verbund von Forschungszentren, Hochschulen und rund 40 KMUs zur Entwicklung von Produktinnovationen. Weitere aktuell von ihm aktuell geleitete Projekte befassen sich mit Smart-City-Strategien, internationalem Technologie-Screening, klimaneutralen Energie Roadmaps und Bürgerbeteiligung für innerstädtische Mobilitätslösungen. Außerdem hält er Vorlesungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, Sicherheit von Energiesystemen und Energiewirtschaft für das Zentrum für innovative Energiesysteme an der Fachhochschule Düsseldorf, Deutschland.
