After hitting some new records in 2021 with our second digital edition, we are thrilled to announce that the Creative Bureaucracy Festival will return in 2022 with the best of both worlds – online and in-person!

We are kicking off a new year of celebrating public sector innovations on 24 March 2022 with a free online event available across the globe. The day will host several programme slots showcasing the most forward-thinking projects and offering an opportunity for the global Creative Bureaucracy community to reconnect. Then on 2 June 2022, we are returning with an in-person event! In the heart of Berlin, we will dedicate one day to the most creative minds and initiatives in the public sector. To help make the year 2022 the celebration that creative bureaucracies deserve, we are asking Creative Bureaucrats and allies at all levels to nominate their projects, initiatives, organisations, colleagues, partners or innovative groundbreaking ideas. The jury selected nominations will be invited to become part of our online Digital Kick-Off Day on 24 March and receive a dedicated digital programme slot for up to 15 minutes. All contributions will be part of an official voting and the winners have the chance to present their ideas on the big Creative Bureaucracy Festival Stage on 2 June in Berlin.
